- Highway construction or maintenance zone (workers present). Speeding in a manned work zone on a state or interstate highway is a construction work zone driving offense fined $250 to $500. (RSA 265:6-a, III)
- Driving 100 mph or more. A separate offense under the reckless-driving statute: fine of at least $750 plus penalty assessment on a first offense ($1,000 subsequent), and the license or operating privilege is revoked for 90 days (90 days to one year on a subsequent offense). Local variation — the honest caveat
None by geography: the fine tables are statute and the uniform schedule applies statewide. The honest variance is judicial — the schedule's own footnote reserves the court's power to assess a different fine or order an appearance — and by road class, since the 65- and 70-mph limit tables price the same mph-over higher.
